Paris Police met with a victim of fraud at 9:34 A.M. on March 1, 2022. The victim reported that someone had cashed a check on their bank account. The check had been deposited directly into a bank account in Virginia. The incident is under investigation.
Paris Police responded to a burglary of a business in the 1200 block of SW 19th St at 9:37 A.M. on March 1, 2022. The reporting person advised that someone had entered the building and had stolen several thousand dollars worth of tools and equipment. The incident is under investigation.
Paris Police responded to a burglary of a building in the 2300 block of NE Loop 286 at 1:54 P.M. on March 1, 2022. The victim reported that someone had cut the lock of his rented storage unit and had stolen 3 motorcycles and a 4-wheeler. The investigation continues.
