An arctic cold front will sweep through the area this morning with highs struggling into the 30s to lower 40s north of I-20 and into mostly the 40s across Central Texas. Wind chills this morning will range from the single digits to around 20 degrees north of I-20, and into the upper teens to lower 30s across Central Texas. Partly to mostly cloudy conditions are expected, though a few areas may see sunny conditions for a few hours. North winds 15 to 25 mph with a few gusts 30 to 35 mph will keep it chilly through mid-afternoon, at which time wind speeds/gusts should gradually diminish through nightfall to 10 to 15 mph. Make sure to wear layers today before heading outdoors to better protect yourself from the cold and windy conditions.
