Greenville will be kicking off its Black History Month celebrations with a concert titled \u2018\u201cThe Rhythm in Our Blues\u201d on Jan. 28th. The performance will feature five different artists.<\/strong><\/p>\n The concert will play a variety of Black music from the 1970s through the 1990s, so this event is perfect for community members who love hip-hop, gospel, funk, soul, and blues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Admission to the concert is free and it will begin at 5 p.m. at the Greenville Municipal Auditorium. It will start off with Greenville\u2019s The Blues Doctors followed by 3 other artists. Featured bands include Band 150, Soulful Soundz Party Band, and Private Property. Pastor of the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Micah D. Johnson, will be deejaying the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
