Greenville Shopping Center Owned by California Based TV and Movie Producer Has Been Sold
Bob Yari an executive producer of TV shows and movies, has sold a Greenville shopping center to Dallas-based Dunhill Partners.
On March 27th, Hunt County CAD shows Dunhill Partners became the owner on record for the Greenville Promenade at 6834 Wesley St., a roughly 220,000-square-foot regional shopping center.
Hunt County CAD records identified the seller as Crossroads Greenville Properties LLC, who is partnered with Bob Yari’s Triyar Company in Los Angeles California. Bob Yari, an Iranian producer and director, is known for his role as a producer on the movies Crash (2004), Agent Cody Banks, and Hostage, along with Executive Producer credits on the Texas filmed Paramount shows Yellowstone, Landman, and 1923 as listed by IMDb.
According to a 2003 Variety Magazine article, before movies and television, Yari was a real estate magnate who “bankrolled a chain of shopping centers and office buildings stretching from Texas to California,”
The Greenville shopping center is 100% leased with tenants including Wendy’s, Spec’s, Ashley’s Furniture, Petco, Staples and the closed Taco Bueno building. Dunhill CEO Bill Hutchinson acknowledged the firm purchased the nearly 22-acre property as the population continues to grow along the I-30 corridor.
The City of Greenville population has climbed to 32,717 people.
