Heath Dwayne Cook passed away on February 28, 2022. He was born in Garland, Texas to Jerry Dean and Vicky Lynn (Gentry) Cook on February 18, 1972.

Heath was a loving husband, great father, and a good man, placing his family first, above everything else. He participated in the Rodeo Circuit, riding bareback in the CRRA and NFR, resulting in a state championship in 1990.  Heath was a very handy man with woodwork and could build just about anything that he put his mind to. He will be remembered for being the life of the party.

Heath leaves lasting and wonderful memories for all who knew him.

Heath is survived by mother, Vicky Cook; grandmother, Grannie Box; wife, Jessica; son, Bryce Cook; daughter, Haven Cook; nephew, Preston Cook; brothers, Lance Cook, Conner Cook; sister, Tamera Cook; cousin and best friend, Larry Dean; along with a host of loving extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
