Weekend riding events to be held at Longhorn Arena

If you’re looking for something to do on the weekend and enjoy riding horses, the climate-controlled and covered Long Horn Arena and Event Center, located at 301 East Interstate 30, is the perfect place to let loose and have fun. They have a wide variety of workshops and horsemanship clinics each month and you can find more information about these events on their Facebook page. This month, they will be hosting many weekend events including the “Race for the Heart” Barrel Racing Competition on Feb. 4 & 5, Man Ranch Roping Clinic on Feb. 11 & 12, the East Texas Stock Horse Intro Clinic on Feb. 18-20. At the start of March, they will hold the Buch Brannaman Ranch Roping Clinic & Competition from March 4-6.
