Claude Castleberry, 85, of Van, Texas went to be with his heavenly father on January 24, 2022. Claude was born to Alice Spray and Edward Castleberry November 12, 1936. He lived most of his life in Grand Prairie, Texas where he worked as a police officer and a firefighter.

Claude is survived by daughters: Cara Doyle and husband Ralph, Page Castleberry, and Christy Anderson and husband Ryan. Brother, Sydney Castleberry. Sisters: Betty Ruth Castleberry, Debbie Rhodes, Joyce Castleberry. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 3 grandsons, 1 great-granddaughter, and 2 great-grandsons.
