Above-normal temperatures are expected across North and Central Texas as clearing skies and southwesterly winds allow temperatures to warm into the low to mid 60s Wednesday afternoon. Low temperatures will fall into the 30s tonight under mostly clear skies. Winds will shift to become more westerly overnight with wind speeds remaining less than 10 mph.
